2021-2022 Financial Year Update: Increased Administrative Appeal Tribunal (AAT) Fee
On 17 June 2021, the Australian Government announced the increased fee for Annual Federal Court and Tribunals, which also applies for Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) fees.
The increased fee will be applicable from 01 July 2021. It reflects the changes to the consumer price index over the past financial year.

According to subsection 27(1) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Regulation 2015, starting from 01 July 2021, the fee prescribed by subsections 20(1), (1A) and (2) will be the amount listed below:
