I arrived in Sydney , Australia back in 2019 on a holiday visa volunteering with a basketball club in hopes of receiving a working visa . Unfortunately there were some complications and the working visa that was applied by the club was refused . Not knowing the law here in Australia I overstayed . Back then in 2022, both my partner (an Australian citizen) and I were trying to get me migrating to Australia so we can live together but we had absolutely no idea about visas or migration to Australia at first.We went to a couple of migration agencies in Sydney (we both live in Sydney) and weren't really impressed. I, then contacted a facebook friend of mine who recently got her PR granted and she told me about ONE derland Consulting who has assisted her from the beginning.I immediately reached out to Bu Indah and after having a video call, we were immediately certain of their services. Not only the cost was much less than the other sydney based agencies we went to, all of our questions regarding migration and options were answered profoundly.Since the start of the services, they have been nothing but super professional. Dinda, one of the agent, is very communicative and proactive. She keeps us updated on the process and immediately asked if there's any documents needed or signed (you are awesome, Dinda!). Any enquiries were also responded and answered promptly.Both my partner and I barely had to worry about anything, other than gathering documents here and there (there are lots of documents needed 😂 but don't worry, they will constantly remind you of what needed).I am currently a permanent resident, and we truly feel grateful for their services. Our journey toward permanent residency began back in 2019 when my employer sponsored me for a 482 visa. It was a challenging process, particularly with the delays caused by COVID-19, and it took almost a year for the visa to be granted. I have been using Onederland for years from my student visa to my 482 visa. I have no doubt can say Indah and team are the best migration agent so far and no question in their service as they will advice you the best possible and honest way. I have once decided to change to another migration agency whom I saw on TikTok and thought would be best and can achieve my goal faster but all they gave was a misleading service. My journey with Onederland started in March of 2003 with a request as to how we secured residency for my Chinese wife of 15 years who was residing in China. We had been separated in 2019 due to the Covid restrictions.I am an Australian citizen but despite this we were unable to be reunited once the restrictions were lifted without a visa. On contacting Onederland they proposed a visa application to have us reunited and provided support for a permanent residency visa. Long story short the visa was granted in late July 2024 making us extremely happy. I strongly recommend Onederland who provided professional, courteous and sympathetic support throughout the tedious and bureaucratic process. Thanks to all the staff who were involved you made my family very happy.

It was during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021 that I initially collaborated with Onederland, when the Australian border was closed, and everyone was unable to enter the country for any reasons.I needed to make a Visa for my boss for a very important business in Australia.When we first spoke with Ms. Indah and Ms. Desti, they did not guarantee that we would have the travel exemption, Ms. Indah even made the offer for us to cancel our plan to work with them due to the fact that she was unable to ensure receiving the needed VISA.However, following our pilot conversation, our company is even more convinced to work with Ms. Indah and team in order to obtain Australia's permission for the Travel Exemption. And our company is willing to bear the possibility of failure.And finally with very good cooperation, we managed to get an exemption within 7 days and then my boss's AU VISA was approved on the same day.Recently, after obtaining natural justice, I once more began working with Onederland at the rush moment when my boss's father AU VISA was on the verge of being denied. I believed we ought to turn to Onederland for assistance in putting together a coherent and well-organized defense letter and supporting documentations, and I thought of them right away. Given the short time, Onederland was really accommodating and eager to get things done swiftly.And once more, I want to express my gratitude to Onederland for their assistance. They are incredibly reliable and experienced, and with their support, my boss felt at ease. After a very complicated phase, we were able to get an AU VISA for my boss’ father.Your assistance in making this happen is greatly appreciated.We wish you all every success...

Saya apply visa visitor subclass 600 pada bulan September 2023 dan mendapatkan pemberitahuan bahwa visa saya ditolak pada Oktober 2023. Saya mencari informasi di google apa yang harus dilakukan ketika visa ditolak dan saya menemukan artikel dari website ONEderland mengenai penolakan visa. Saat itu juga saya langsung menghubungi ONEderland, dengan cepat saya dibantu dan diarahkan untuk pengajuan kembali. Ternyata pada pengajuan pertama dokumen saya tidak lengkap sehingga hal ini yang difokuskan oleh ONEderland untuk diperbaiki pada pengajuan kedua. Proses pendampingannya sangat detail dan cepat karena fokus dari ONEderland adalah mempersiapkan dokumen saya selengkap mungkin agar bisa diterima, selain itu saya juga sudah diberitahu bahwa jika ada penolakan sebelumnya, dokumen yang diperlukan akan lebih kompleks dan lebih banyak. Dari sini terlihat bahwa ONEderland sangat profesional. Puji Tuhan pengajuan visa saya berhasil pada pengajuan yang kedua setelah dibantu dan diarahkan oleh ONEderland. Hello everyone across the world. Today I’ll share my experiences that I had with this wonderful organisation that I’ll definitely recommend to everyone seeking to make it to Australia. I first didn’t know much about ONEDerland consulting, My partner found the organisation through a website. From then, we started communicating and from that point the gave us a massive amount of hope that we were gonna be reunited together in Australia. We first applied for a visitor visa which was refused because I wasn't fit for that visa, then after a call meeting with Indah Melindasari, she immediately found the right visa for us that we should have applied in the first place. So we applied for a PMV visa last year June which was granted few days ago. Namun pandemi covid-19 yang terjadi saat itu, membuat saya dan pasangan saya kebingungan, terlebih saat itu saya di Indonesia dan pasangan saya di Australia juga masih disibukkan dengan urusan pekerjaan kami masing-masing, sehingga terasa makin sulit bagi kami untuk bertemu dan berkumpul.Akhirnya saya memutuskan dan bertekad untuk menemui pasangan saya di Australia, walaupun kecil kemungkinan keinginan dan harapan itu terwujudkan karena pada saat itu border juga masih ditutup. Kami menyangka dan berpikir akan menunggu lama untuk mendapatkan Visitor Visa Sub class 600 berdurasi (valid) 1 tahun. Namun dalam waktu hanya 1 bulan saja, Visa untuk saya itu tergrantedkan dengan masa berlaku (valid) 3 tahun (multiple entries) . Sungguh luar biasa.
