On 24 April 2025, the Department of Home Affairs announced a significant update that will bring relief to many. The online services for Parent Visa Australia applications are now available on ImmiAccount. While you still need to submit the Parent Visa application by post, the process becomes much more convenient once you receive the acknowledgement. You can then import the application into your ImmiAccount, saving you time and effort.

What you can do now with the online services for the Parent Visa application

The online services for Parent Visa application on ImmiAccount will allow you to:

upload supporting documents,
view messages from the Department of Home Affairs,
update the applicant’s details,
view the application’s status.

The Parent Visa online services on ImmiAccount are available for all Parent Visa subclasses, except for the Subclass 103 Visa submitted before November 2018.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Import Your Parent Visa Application into ImmiAccount

Before importing your Parent Visa application into ImmiAccount, ensure you have received the acknowledgement letter from the Department of Home Affairs confirming they received your application. After that, follow these steps:

Create a new ImmiAccount or log into your existing ImmiAccount
Import your application by entering these details:
- Application ID
- Date of birth
- Identity document number (such as passport, ImmiCard or Titre de Voyage number)

My journey with Onederland started in March of 2003 with a request as to how we secured residency for my Chinese wife of 15 years who was residing in China. We had been separated in 2019 due to the Covid restrictions.I am an Australian citizen but despite this we were unable to be reunited once the restrictions were lifted without a visa. It was during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021 that I initially collaborated with Onederland, when the Australian border was closed, and everyone was unable to enter the country for any reasons.I needed to make a Visa for my boss for a very important business in Australia.When we first spoke with Ms. Indah and Ms. Desti, they did not guarantee that we would have the travel exemption, Ms. Indah even made the offer for us to cancel our plan to work with them due to the fact that she was unable to ensure receiving the needed VISA.However, following our pilot conversation, our company is even more convinced to work with Ms. Indah and team in order to obtain Australia's permission for the Travel Exemption. And our company is willing to bear the possibility of failure.And finally with very good cooperation, we managed to get an exemption within 7 days and then my boss's AU VISA was approved on the same day.Recently, after obtaining natural justice, I once more began working with Onederland at the rush moment when my boss's father AU VISA was on the verge of being denied. Saya apply visa visitor subclass 600 pada bulan September 2023 dan mendapatkan pemberitahuan bahwa visa saya ditolak pada Oktober 2023. Saya mencari informasi di google apa yang harus dilakukan ketika visa ditolak dan saya menemukan artikel dari website ONEderland mengenai penolakan visa. PROFESSIONAL & COMPETENCE!Those words are to describe ONE derland Consulting. Firstly, I know ONE derland from my brother who lives in Perth. He also knew it from google. I actually have another option of Migration Agent in Melbourne whom I knew them before. Getting a visitor visa shouldn't be so difficult, or take so long, but unfortunately my partner and I found out the hard way. We applied ourselves in February 2022 and received a refusal four months later.We used ONEderland to reapply and nine weeks later we have had the visa granted. After two years of covid travel restrictions we could have saved six months and a lot of stress by going to ONEderland in the first instance. Hello everyone,My permanent partner visa (801) granted yesterday. I would like to thank to everyone who helped us here.we're happy to share our experience with everyone if you have any questions we will try to answer them if possible.We love onederland immigration it helps us when we were struggling with the visa i came to Australia in 2017 on business visitor visa (subclass 600) then i overstayed for couple of months we were so worried because my case was so complicated but i really thankful to Indah Melindasari who gave me a hope and told me there is a way i can apply..all i did just followed whatever they asked for and provide them with all the documents like pictures, joint account,payslips etc but no phone calls, no interview. Even with the burden of the pandemic they achieved 100% success rate when it came to visas and exemptions for my wife, son and step son.
