Update of the SA Skilled Migration Program for Prospective Candidates Currently In South Australia
The SA skilled migration program as with other Australian states and territories are gradually reopening their skilled visa nomination and business programs for the financial year 2020-21 after months of remaining under suspension due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
After being provided with full state nomination allocations in December by the Department of Home Affairs, the South Australian Government has released some updates for any of you prospective applicants currently residing in South Australia.
Here are the key points of the update of SA Skilled Migration Program:
- Skilled migrants complying with the criteria for South Australian state nominations will be eligible to apply directly for nominations from 8 a.m. on Monday 8 February 2021.
- Anyone currently living offshore or in another state of Australia will not be able to apply at this point.
