Really good customer service ❤️ me(Indonesian) and my partner(Australian) have applied for the partner (820) visa which has recently gotten approved within 10 months from application date. Mba Eka and Mba Indah have been so patient and helpful throughout the process for both me and my partner, with us being uncertain of a lot of things, both Mba Eka and Mba Indah help us answers all those uncertainty, supporting us to get the right documents needed. Finally i got my 482 med grant, i am thankfull to the entire Onderland team, especially for Pak Garry and Bu Alvita. Jamie and Yenni have provided detailed guidance for my Partner and I for his Offshore Partner Visa! He finally got his visa within a year of applying which in this climate, is pretty good. I am based in Adelaide and worked with Jamie and Yenni for my partner's Offshore Partner Visa. PROFESSIONAL & COMPETENCE!Those words are to describe ONE derland Consulting. Firstly, I know ONE derland from my brother who lives in Perth. He also knew it from google. I actually have another option of Migration Agent in Melbourne whom I knew them before. Getting a visitor visa shouldn't be so difficult, or take so long, but unfortunately my partner and I found out the hard way. We applied ourselves in February 2022 and received a refusal four months later.We used ONEderland to reapply and nine weeks later we have had the visa granted. Even with the burden of the pandemic they achieved 100% success rate when it came to visas and exemptions for my wife, son and step son.
