10 New Occupations Added to New South Wales Occupation List for Skilled Nominated (Subclass 190) Visa
The Government of New South Wales announced ten new occupations, which added to the New South Wales Occupation List for Skilled Nominated (subclass 190) visa. The announcement was made on 16 February 2021 on the official government website of New South Wales.
With the new occupation list, the Government of New South Wales created new opportunities for skilled workers who wish to migrate to New South Wales.

The Government of New South Wales invites skilled workers to advance their careers in New South Wales (NSW) by applying for NSW nomination for a skilled visa.
If you are interested in migrating to New South Wales under visa 190, you must meet all eligibilities below:
- You must be under 45 years of age;
- You must obtain a minimum score of 65 points in your Expression of Interest (EOI) submitted in SkillSelect;
- At the time of the invitation, you must have an English score of at least competent English. You will be exempted from the English criteria if you are a citizen of the USA, UK, Canada, Republic of Ireland, or New Zealand;
- You must hold a valid skill assessment in an occupation that exactly matches an occupation on the NSW subclass 190 visa occupation list;
- You must be currently residing in NSW.

On 16 February 2021, the Government of New South Wales added ten new occupations to its Skilled Occupation List. Most of the occupations are in the engineering field. Here are the ten new occupations:

The new occupations are listed for Skilled Nomination (subclass 190) visa only.
There are no new occupations added to the Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) (subclass 491) visa.
