Jamie and Yenni have provided detailed guidance for my Partner and I for his Offshore Partner Visa! He finally got his visa within a year of applying which in this climate, is pretty good. It was during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021 that I initially collaborated with Onederland, when the Australian border was closed, and everyone was unable to enter the country for any reasons.I needed to make a Visa for my boss for a very important business in Australia.When we first spoke with Ms. Indah and Ms. Desti, they did not guarantee that we would have the travel exemption, Ms. Indah even made the offer for us to cancel our plan to work with them due to the fact that she was unable to ensure receiving the needed VISA.However, following our pilot conversation, our company is even more convinced to work with Ms. Indah and team in order to obtain Australia's permission for the Travel Exemption. And our company is willing to bear the possibility of failure.And finally with very good cooperation, we managed to get an exemption within 7 days and then my boss's AU VISA was approved on the same day.Recently, after obtaining natural justice, I once more began working with Onederland at the rush moment when my boss's father AU VISA was on the verge of being denied. I believed we ought to turn to Onederland for assistance in putting together a coherent and well-organized defense letter and supporting documentations, and I thought of them right away. Saya apply visa visitor subclass 600 pada bulan September 2023 dan mendapatkan pemberitahuan bahwa visa saya ditolak pada Oktober 2023. Saya mencari informasi di google apa yang harus dilakukan ketika visa ditolak dan saya menemukan artikel dari website ONEderland mengenai penolakan visa. I applied a parnetner visa subclass 309/100 at the very end of 2022. My cases was very complicated, as i had applied for 820/810 that nearly got me in trouble.But thankfully my sister recomend me One derland Consulting to me.They helped me out through all these mess.And now i have just granted my 309/100 not a long ago.Mbak Desy Prema was very helpfull, she is very good at what she is doing. She also very polite and easy to talk with.About a week before i got my last RFI, she was recommending me to update my relationship progress/evidence as the department may see my cases sometimes soon. And from there the department git back to me and for the last RFI and granted my visa not long after the RFI being done.Anyway, i can't thank and recomend enough Mbak Desy and Ibu Melinda for their amazing work. I actually have another option of Migration Agent in Melbourne whom I knew them before. Getting a visitor visa shouldn't be so difficult, or take so long, but unfortunately my partner and I found out the hard way. We applied ourselves in February 2022 and received a refusal four months later.We used ONEderland to reapply and nine weeks later we have had the visa granted. After two years of covid travel restrictions we could have saved six months and a lot of stress by going to ONEderland in the first instance. We are really happy and delighted to share few words for Indah and team (Jamie).I applied for the tourist visa for my partner through Indah’s team and the situation was bit complicated as my partner had two refusals before I approached them for help.They were highly professional and walked me through the whole process and in a matter of time, my partner got her visitor visa approved.
